The Man was a Woman

There was a man who taught some throwaway class. He was a wrestling coach and couldn’t teach at all.

we didn’t learn any thing from him. 

But, there was a woman who sat next to me in that that class. She opened up entire new worlds to me. She could draw anything and I found this the best skill set one could have. She also was a music nut and opened up the world of music to me. She taught me it was okay to be different. I looked forward to that class every single day. 

My mother taught me more than any father or father figures in my life. She taught me to competently fend for myself. I taught her how to drive a stick shift.
