Lightning Tangent

Who knows if a new day dawned on this backwards country known as the United States. We as a people, as I’ve said many times before are divided by WE people and ME people. We are divided by the pull yourself up by the bootstraps mentality that has been with us since the cowboy days. I’m not even sure of the cowboy days are a real thing because they are basically just movies starring John Wayne and some other white guy on a horse trying to make his riches by pillaging the land.

Of course I had it in a morning time regression, for which I apologize. Yes another black man died for what we check off as progress. There is a little bit of progress, but in my humble opinion every single wife, relationship, mother, father and role in life has inherent meaning.

A fast food company, I believe in Canada tried to compete with Burger King, or some other conglomerate of cow killing, by selling a 1/3 pound burger at the same price as it’s competitor quarter pound burger. Most people in the general public thought that 1/4 was larger than 1/3. And you see why we don’t argue with people on the Internet. And I will add another snarky digression to the people who claim that eating meat gives you added brain power.

I really don’t care how smart you are, what I really care about is we walk around this planet with empathy and compassion for those less fortunate than us. It is a mission to make a less fair world a little more fair one day at a time. Namaste
