Moooooooooooooooooooooooo

We got home late last night 
and large heavy flakes 
fell with a purpose. 

Per usual I let the dogs
out so they could go do
their business.

I stood in the yard 
enjoying 
watching the heavy flakes
fall to the ground. 

And then Cooper 
the black lab leaves
out a long extended 
mooooooooooooooooooooo.

It was long and bovine
like.

I get back in the house
and my wife asks.

Are you okay, what was 
that sound?

That was the dog mooing, 
Why do you ask?
