What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

The magical panacea, cure many things that ail you. I still love a long hard run. My body doesn’t love it so much any more.

Still I crave exercise and endorphins. I play racquetball, do weights, yoga and occasionally soccer.

However my dogs are kind of addicted to that three mile walk right after work.
