What book are you reading right now?
My wife and I travel back-and-forth between Portland. and Seattle often.. We generally read an audio book. It is rather enjoyable, yet I miss Louise Penny. We read almost the entire series going up and down Interstate 5.
The series focuses on Chief Inspector Armand Gamache of the Sûreté du Québec, a wise and compassionate detective who often finds himself investigating murders in the charming but secret-filled village of Three Pines. The village, which doesn’t appear on any map, is home to a cast of eccentric characters, including a boozy poet, a bistro owner, and an artist.

This week we read a book that she loved and I thought was OK.
This allowed me to turn the book off, so we could actually talk on the ride.
When I’m by myself, I have been reading the Brothers Karamazov. . I love Russian novels, which are not books to be shared in the ride up and down I five.
This worked perfectly one night.
