What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?
The Math
There are 8.2 billion people on this planet and between 109 and 110 billion who have died.
Many people talk about this glorious afterlife, and I have no evidence either way. If our lifespan was only 50 years, the amount of people on this earth would be a more sustainable 5 billion.
We might have a fighting chance against global warming. But then again that little blue dot many see as the center of the universe.
I don’t endorse this, yet it is food for thought.
This is my opinion
I’m not pushing this opinion on anybody and you may have whatever religion you want. This is our life and there is no dress rehearsal. I don’t know what the afterlife holds, and in my opinion.
Not much, but still I hold out hope.
