Mushroom Coffee

I sit here this morning, drinking a cup of mushroom coffee. These are the reported claims from those producing mushroom coffee.

ManeChagaReishi, and Cordyceps. While many of its purported health benefits are based on preliminary or animal studies rather than robust human clinical trials specifically on the coffee itself, the beverage is popular for providing a “cleaner” energy boost with fewer side effects.

I was thinking about this this morning as the claims are all over the inner webs. But are there really any benefits over drinking coffee? Who knows. Maybe my words are clearer here or maybe a fall back asleep. It’s not much different than superstition.

For me, it’s not superstition rather it’s not Starbucks. That’s very important to me.

Hopefully, we do the research.
