The Incident of The Dog and the Diaper in the Night

Our daughter and husband were visiting this weekend They are the parents of the most wonderful boy on several planets.

When they left today they mentioned they left dirty diapers in the trash can in the downstairs bathroom.

Our response was something like, “Cool we will take care of it, and that cabinet is secure.”


Five hours later………

I walked into the bathroom five minutes ago. And wouldn’t you know it, there had been a bathroom heist. Those cabinets are not secure.

Rolled up diapers were all over the bathroom floor.

And whatever dog performed the bathroom heist, didn’t bother to break into the bountiful diapers. I have no clue, because there was a reason the thief broke into the bathroom. 

Why those diapers were not worthy of eating is beyond me. 

Maybe it is a peace offering.
