What do you do to improve your sleep?

Historically, I had a hard time falling asleep. I can’t say exactly why. Either my mind races or there are issues to resolve, either internally of tactically.

In the last five years somehow sleep has come easy and I honestly can’t say why.

I guess this his axiom works. = “Be content with your life.” That is easier said than done and comes from a place of privilege.

Forget that one as well.

I think there are two common factors.

  1. Get Old – there seems to be correlation
  2. Get Up Early – -there seems to be causation.
  3. Channel your inner animal.
