What’s the weirdest coincidence you’ve ever experienced?
I have a few doctors appointments coming up. There is a front end system that tracks appointments. MYCHART.
All my care my information has been lost. Not lost! as it assumes the users know all the organizations within the healthcare system. I do not . I am actually on my 10th phone number that I’ve called to confirm the appointment. I’m writing this while I’m on hold as I have nothing better to do.
Somewhere someplace along the line and it will be a miracle coincidence I will get the right person on the line and be able to make an appointment.
