Do you believe in karma?
I’m no expert in karma, I had to look it up exactly what it is and there is no exactly what it is.
We were certainly trained to believe in karma.
The Math
I have devised a multiple regression equation to derive the amount of good behavior you display during a year and how it affects the loot that you receive at Christmas.
Factors loaded into the equation
- The report card grade of 1000 kids (I use the same 1000 kids during the entire survey)
- The number of times you returned their shopping cart
- The percentage of times these kids did their chores.
- The take-home paychecks of their parents.
-  Treats for the reindeer on Christmas Eve
- If they ate all their vegetables
- The times you took a dangerous sled ride with a tiger.
I apologize in advance as I grew up with Christmas.
I ran the numbers, and the biggest factor was the income of the parents with a slight fluctuation given the number of dangerous rides with a tiger.
Still, I continue to return my shopping cart, help little old ladies cross the street and buy lemonade from kids at a lemonade stand.
Karma is sleeping well at night.
