• What are three objects you couldn’t live without?

My first instinct with his question is, we cannot live without certain people in our lives or even beloved pets.

I’m going to a tough time right now as my 12-year-old border Collie recently passed away.

It was sudden, and we have to go on. We have to be free to talk about it. To be so up close and personal with death is personal.

But please don’t be afraid to talk about it, it happens to all of us.

Society and death is strange. And maybe it should be. We all know people going through a loss. You’re not gonna get it right but feel free to talk about it. It’s OK.

    • Culture and Taboos:There’s a cultural tendency to avoid the topic of death, with some cultures even having strict taboos surrounding it.
    • Traumatizing Loved Ones:We may worry that discussing death will upset or cause distress to our loved ones, or that we are not equipped to cope with the emotions that arise from these conversations.
    • Fear of Saying the Wrong Thing:Some avoid these discussions because they are afraid of saying the “wrong” thing or inadvertently causing further pain or distress to someone.

  • The Minute

Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved?

The very minute I walk into our daughter’s house in either Seattle or Wiesbaden. The look on their kids faces are looks that melt your heart.

For example, I only see Yafa every few months. The absolute joy of her seeing me and me seeing her is indescribable.

This week my sister ventured down from Heidelberg and my son Berlin so we can be together. I feel loved.

  • I would rather do something I enjoy even though I don’t do it all that well more than something I do well but don’t really enjoy.

Which reminds I need to get back to work.

  • What is one question you hate to be asked? Explain.

This is the age old question asked to vegans all the time. There are many vegetables that contain more protein than meat without killing any animals that includes spinach and especially garbanzo beans.

    There are plenty more.

We are fed so many industry lies such as milk, builds healthy bones, and steak repairs muscles of course that’s industry, blah blah blah.

    Be kind my friends.
