My Biography
“I was born at a very early age.”

Was machts du
I remember sitting having dinner with a co worker. It was my job I worked putting my self through college. The back drop was Reading Pa.
I had an Italian hoagie and a bag of chips. My friend Ulanda packed her lunch.
One chip in the bag was blackened and without even thinking I referred to it as a N@@@er chip.
Ulanda looked at me in disbelief and I could hardly blame her. I had to look at myself with the same sense of disbelief.
Yolanda was a person of color, and we sat and talked to it that day. I’m very much glad we did.
It is rather amazing how one little potato chip could influence how I carried myself in years to come.
History is something that we should not cover up. It should be stated how it happened and we should learn from it.

Describe a phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to.
Anticipate eagerly what’s coming next and generally don’t mourn what is left behind.
About the end of June, I am saddened to see winter and spring fade in oblivion. Global warming has made summers not as positive as they used to be. This is the time of year I always miss what makes the Pacific Northwest special.

Rain and the green earth. When wildfire season ends sometime in September we head back into my favorite season.

With that being said, who wants life to go fast or even faster. We have one life to live, so why not cherish it.
If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be, and why?
We have all said and we have lived it. I remember one year in Sacramento I ran the race of a lifetime. I ran a three hour marathon at the age of forty five. I was not quite my self that day.
So we do it all the time without even knowing it.
I would like to be a Dark-eyed Junco for a day. I would like to understand the stresses us humans inflict from a Birds Eye point of view. And then make it better.
