What’s the worst travel experience you’ve ever had?
I went on a trip one time (this is fiction) and everything went according to plan. Every flight was on time there was no turbulence, and my gate connections were perfect.I got a middle seat, but nobody sat on either side of me.
We went to all the tourist attractions in that city just like on the itinerary. We just wanted to check it off our checklist. We did not talk to any locals and didn’t try to learn the language.

We all are kind of familiar with the fine art of goal setting.
Goals should be moderately difficult.
Goal should be concrete and measurable.
The real challenge is not determining if you want the result, but if you are willing to accept the sacrifices required to achieve your goal. Do you want the lifestyle that comes with your quest? Do you want the boring and ugly process that comes before the exciting and glamorous outcome?

But achieving that goal wasn’t that important as I’ve developed a lifestyle that helped making that goal possible. Goes from eating habits, steady workouts, and a little bit of good luck.
