    Sand Dollar

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever found (and kept)?

I was walking along the beach

    salty air and brine

there where the water meets the sand

    I found a dollar

    a sand dollar

    perfect without a blemish

    I picked it up

    threw it sidearmed

    into the ocean

    and Cooper looked for it

    until

    I found another

    Do you need time?

I rarely win in my Racquetball league. Last night I beat someone at the top of the standings.

    And I Need Time

I have this habit of taking my time during my serve. It used to be because my back hurt. I take my time. But lately I’ve been playing well and I still take my time.

    And I am patient.

Instead of hitting an impressive killshot, which I miss often I now give myself time and hit defensive ceiling lobs. It gives me time to get my act together. The strategy has been working.

    Because sometimes I need time.

    La Rutina

What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

    Clothes

If you try to skip something all the time it’s not part of your routine.

It’s nice to skip getting dressed in the morning. Pajamas fit the mood for autumn mornings.

    Water

Many people walk around with water bottles, and drink water all day. It’s just not part of my routine. I skip it every day. I drink water on Thursday.

    Flossing

I relish those little lectures from the Dentist

    Working Out

I work out every day, today I’m not going for a run. I have a Racquetball game tonight so I will skip the run and go for a walk.

What is good about having a pet?

Making the bed while your dog wants to remain in bed is a well honed skill set.

No better way to practice a language, as they never correct you. Reminds me of Duolingo

Become a better runner. On most days, you run one handed holding a leash. Come race day you now have two arms propelling you forward,

Cat litter works well on icy surfaces.

You are safe from a squirrel attack.

Generally cats will keep spiders and mice out of your house.
