• Seven Years Ago

    Create an emergency preparedness plan.

Due to genetics and, to be honest, a stroke of good luck I had a heart attack while running. I wasn’t running in the middle of nowhere.

So now I do everything in my power to avoid that happening again. I am still related to my dad. I can’t change that.

I now stay in contact while running. (At my wife’s insistence) and have eliminated almost all processed foods.

    So that’s my plan.

  • Unrealistically

How do you plan your goals?

I am 65 years old, and my goal is to get down to 45 preferably 35 and so far I have not been able to achieve it.

But I do listen to cool music.

    I run a lot.

    And I have a cool T-shirt.

    I’ll get there.

  • It Don’t Matter

What is a word you feel that too many people use?

People in Pennsylvania use this term all the time and grammatically it works on my nerves.

So throw the cow some hay over the fence.

  • Taglich

Describe one habit that brings you joy.

I practice German daily. There will be a point in the near future on my language skills will help me navigate a city, give directions, check into our hotel or any day-to-day activities.

I don’t know what’s going on around me.

And that brings me great joy.

And of course, holding the grandkids.
