    Dear Mr. guy in the bottle

    • The first thing I would want is a bowling ball. A brand new bowling ball that fits my fingers. Cold black is fine..
    • The second thing I would want is your bottle so I could live in it. Then I wouldn’t have to buy a new house and I could live wherever I want, for extended periods . I will need that bottle after you do number three.
    • And a third thing take that bowling ball catapult it across the planet and hit Donald Trump right in the head.

    Describe a family member.

    I sit here and watch both my daughters raise kids and my little sisters do the same.

    I watch in awe. They are better parents than I ever was.

    I was discussing this with my little sister and she said something kind of brilliant.

    With each generation, we get better at raising kids.

    So I can’t single out one single family member, just one big family.

    What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

    Forty some years ago I ran my first marathon in Washington DC. I was addicted soon after.

    I enjoyed the twenty weeks of training, the getting in shape and the rhythm of autumn.

    I have run many a marathon since. Those days are over yet I still love to lace them up.

  • Procrastination

    What have you been working on?

    It took me an entire week to write a story.

    It took me a month to clean the garage

    I think I shall get back to writing my book.

    Or maybe I’ll organize the art studio.

    Or work on my focus.
